We re-invent peritoneal dialysis by leveraging advanced Microfluidics, Organ-On-a-Chip, Bio-MEMS, and Artificial Intelligence to realize more personalized, portable peritoneal dialysis device. Our Point-Of-Care test kit will help Chronic Kidney Disease Patients for home-based Kidney Function Test to be performed and have continuous and real-time monitoring and analysis of their kidney health.
We reinvent peritoneal dialysis instead of redesigning things. An A.I- nanotechnology- microfluidics fusion technique is the basic of the design. Nanotechnology- microfluidics based filtering is proposed to avoid high dialysate volume and to make the machine portable. The low volume dialysis with continuous recycling and re-use of low volume dialysate fluid is implemented. The continuous and cyclic filtration and cleaning of the dialysate solution is realized using microfluidics and microfluidic chips.

The enabling technologies include Microfluidics, Bio-MEMS sensors, and Artificial Intelligence. The device will help early stage kidney patients upgrade the quality of their daily life.
The Point-Of-Care test kit enables simple and fast testing for periodic and frequent kidney health monitoring and analysis. Paper microfluidic cards with unique color and pattern along with our AI-Computer Vision App will provide accurate result and analysis of Kidney function tests, UTI and more urine-based tests.
